What data and why

From our forms we process your name, company, email, phone, role, region, crop, problem description and message. We use them to reply, send you the catalogue or programme, follow up by email and, if needed, call you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by email.

AI advisor

Your problem description and field data (without your name or contact details) are sent to an Anthropic language model for processing. A technician always reviews the programme proposal.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting and enquiry storage), Zoho (email, EU data centre), Anthropic (advisor). We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for one year and contacts for the duration of the business relationship, at most three years after the last contact.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent. You can complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We only use a functional cookie storing your region, crop and language. No tracking tools.
