Description
Solid fertiliser with potassium (17% K₂O) and calcium (14% CaO), supplemented with nitrate nitrogen (5% N), magnesium (2% MgO) and iron chelated with EDTA. Calcium is involved in the structure and permeability of cell membranes and in fruit firmness and quality. Potassium takes part in enzyme activation, protein synthesis, photosynthesis, maintenance of turgor, stomatal and water regulation, and the transport of assimilates. It is used mainly during fruit growth.
