Description
Solid micronutrient mixture with a high and balanced content of zinc (14% Zn) and manganese (8% Mn), both readily taken up by foliar application. It is recommended where a deficiency of these micronutrients can be expected. Both zinc and manganese are involved in chlorophyll formation, and manganese also in the enzyme systems of respiration and photosynthesis. Zinc uptake is limited by high soil pH and by an excess of phosphorus and nitrogen; manganese uptake by a high content of organic matter and potassium in the soil or by an excess of iron.
